I am not sure if this exists.  But here goes.

I am looking for a splitter that would let me take the 19 pin header on my Motherboard and split it to another 19 pin header and a Type C header.

I am running an NZXT H1 and it has a single Type C and single Type A port on it.  However my X570-I only has a single 19 pin header.   So I need some sort of solution to split it out.

Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly; the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly.

The ICC A  connector for USB 3 only has a total of 2 ports on it. So in order for you to split it you would need a hub chip for the front case IO and then straight from the header for the after market C connector.
