Macbook time

I am trying to purchase a used/refurbished late 2013 to early 2016 macbook pro. I want one of the thinner ones with all the i/o still, still has magsafe. I am trying to find the best option to get the cheapest option for purchasing one. Any ideas?

Well there’s eBay, and people who didn’t list on eBay but listed somewhere else instead.  Anything a lot cheaper than eBay may see people buying and flipping on eBay. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

The only problem with eBay is the sponsored advertisement listings which are complete rip-offs imo. I would definitely buy a MacBook Pro again from eBay and just stay away from shady sellers, look at the sellers reputations to see if they are really good or not. Your best bet is a 2015 MacBook Pro to avoid the Butterfly keyboards in 2016s which have a known problem that Apple finally went back to the old scissor switch (Magic Keyboard) starting with the MacBook Pro 16 in 2019.
