help HELP WITH RANDOM PROBLEMS

I need help, My pc has been working fine for months now, it is my first build, and i could run minecraft at 60fps no problem 32 chunk render distance at all times. and I used to get higher frames in all games the frames just seemed to drop> this happeed a short time after i tried to oc my moniter with a friend it didnt work so i reset my setting and uninstalled the oc software (CRU i thinkl ). I dont thonk that is related but idk.  I just get less frames then before and i have no idea why please help!

MY specs

Cpu: r5 3600

Gpu gtx 1660 super

ram 8gb ddr4 3600 (  secend stick is on its way back from a friend )

mother bored : a320m s2h

500gb ssd

2tb hhd

Not having dual channel is going to hurt you pretty significantly in most games, and only having 8GB is going to especially hurt you in Minecraft. I've found max render distance often struggles with 16GB even.

i'm going to say it's because you're not running dual channel anymore

not sure but it was getting fine frames evan with the 8 stick, also this mb dosnet have duel channel
