It might run it but I doubt it will do so well. HD 2600 is more of a display adaptor than a true graphics card. I would try to track down a cheap gtx 730 for much better performance. Also CSGO is going to want at least 8gb of ram (expect A LOT of stuttering with 4gb of ram).

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

No, I had a c2q bsel modded and a hd3650, and I couldnt run cso well.

I could use some help with this!

I would suggest saving to about 300$, but this is the best I could do. Its a terrifying PSU, but here

As @doomsriker said, get a GT730 instead. 4GB are kind of fine but expect some shuttering on it.

A cousin of mine actually running kind of the same spec (idk for the GPU tho, forgot the exact model) and CSGO kind of running fine.

I am sure you can get a second Gen i5 system for around that money with maybe something like a GTX570 in it. 

 

 

Edit: yes, it took me about 3 seconds on Craigslist to find a better deal than that. Just for reference, I found a i5 2500 and HD7850 (+ all other components!) for 130€. You can very likely find something similar.
