Wifi says connected however it says no internet

When it happens, open a command prompt and post the output of following commands:
ping 1.1.1.1

and

tracert google.com

 

tracert can show you the hop where it goes wrong. This could be your access point, router/modem or the ISP.

Ipconfig /release then do a /renew
