I have a Asus Strix B550i  & a Sabrent 2tb NVME drive

 

now when I install the drive and put the heatsink on and screw it tight it flexs the PCB

I'd either loosen that screw a lot, or lose that heatsink completely.

 

That much flex over that run isn't good IMO.

I've loosened the left screw which has helped it a lot

 

I think the thermal tapes is causing it to push down a lot

i've noticed that on a lot of boards as well, it aint some sorta crazy load bearing thing so i just loosen the screw a bit
