Small foam supports on gpu

Building a pc for the first time in over 10 years and installing a liquid cooler on my GPU, for this reason trying to pick up some of the smaller supplies like heatsinks and such which I found readily available on amazon.

My question is what are the small foam support blocks/spacers called that are on the pcb and is there a place to buy these small cubes of what I can only imagine is anti static foam.  Would be great if they fame with pre applied adhesive also.  I just cannot for the life of me find them anywhere.
