Memory failure

So I have been trying to get my ram running at the rated speed of 3000mhz instead of the stock 2133, and everytime I enable DOCP standard and select 3000, I restart my pc and it crashes doesn’t open. Anyone know what’s wrong? Am I missing a step?

Download the newest BIOS revision 3103. A newer BIOS can help with memory stability.
