NFO Servers Modded Minecraft

So I'm trying to start up a modded Minecraft server, through NFO and I'm kind of stuck. I downloaded AllTheMod3's server files, generated the world files on my computers, transferred all the files to the box, got java installed on the server, made sure to set the IP address, and started it up. I can see it through my Minecraft multiplayer menu and it says the FML version is compatible, and shows up on https://mcsrvstat.us however when I try to connect I get a Timed Out Message. I'm not sure how to fix this, or what kind of configurations I need to change to maybe increase the server time out.

(we also use this server box for Arma 3 which runs without issue, and those servers are down right now so I don't think there are causing issues)

Also forgot to add, that firewall is not an issue as it is disabled.
