Is this a good mechanical keyboard?

I've been scouring the web for a new keyboard, as my current set-up isn't comfortable for FPS games, and decided upon the Steelseries Apex 7 TKL Brown.

It ticked all the boxes:

  • TKL design- for limited desk space
  • Tactile brown or clicky blue switches- for feedback when I'm typing
  • Reputable brand- for reliability and warranty
  • UK layout- Rule Britannia
  • White or RGB backlight

I was wondering if there was anything else on the market that is better value. So far I've decided against Corsair, because I don't like the font and the K63 only has red backlight, not white or RGB, and Razer, as they've garnered a reputation for unreliability.

There are loads on Amazon but they're all from brands I'm not familiar with, so I'm uncomfortable with reliability and warranty.

Is there another keyboard/brand on the market that someone could recommend?

Edit: I forgot to mention, but my price limit is £150

My friend has the Apex 7 TKL, and from the little bit I've used it, it seemed like a good keyboard to me. From what I know it's one of the best options in its price range. I've never heard anything bad said about it.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Might be helpful to mention your budget if you have one.

Yeah, sorry, I forgot to mention. £150 is probably my upper limit.
