Slow Download speed in browser

Had this issue recently - was an Intel driver issue in the end.

 

Just needed a network reset and reinstall/repair of the driver.

my internet on average has 20Mbps speed. when im downloading from steam epicgamesetc. its normal. but when im downloading from chrome or Microsoft edges Dev version. at maximum only reach 256kbps any idea on how to fix this?.

  Spec: Macbook Air 2017

What are you downloading and from where? That pretty much determines the speed.

wait.... it used to be like that. now the download seems normal. but the media from Mediafire ; OS download. seems slow. cuz the virtual box download seems fine

Try a different browser, mediafire is kinda slow iirc, but OS download is weird, especially if downloading from MS website.
