Other details I've been reading things about boot drives and the likes and I've been wondering if my new pc will be ok? Not sure if I need one or the ssd is the default

the 2080... well as long as the 3080 is cheaper, wait for those to get back into stock.

 

The ram... well 2933... hm at least try to go for 3200... 

 

and a dell prebuild with the dell premium tax attached ^^

"Regulatory label"... boy this bad boy must have come from Area 51...jk. 

"Intel Core i7 Processor Label"... any Intel Core series processor comes with a label...

"Dell Limited Hardware Warranty Initial Year"... usually 1 year and I can build a PC with warranties ranging from 3 to 10 years. (High end PSU is 10 years). 

"Additional Software"... More bloatware to slow the computer down, so the poor consumer has to buy upgrades to keep up. 

 

Overall as @Anghammarad mentioned, 2933mhz RAM is really slow for a PC of this type and building a PC yourself will outperform this Dell junk.
