no signal monitor

So it happen when the electric went off and because my UPS isn't powerfull enough, my pc restart by it self and everthing work fine there still the display so i shutdown it again, until i turn it on again and it says no display, i tried to restart it and it work, but then i shut down it again just to make sure and turn it back on it says no display again, but when I restart it work again, what really happen to my PC, are something bad really happen to my hardrive? All the componen are new except for The PSU, but the PSU work fine before
