Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Path of Exile, Photoshop (mostly), After effects, and some fps/moba games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Looking to fit a 144hz monitor as well.

probably only going to upgrade cpu and gpu depends on what you guys recommend. (I already have a ssd but only for os and path of exile 120gb)

gpu : gtx 1060 3gb

ram : 16 gb 2666 corsair led
psu : SeaSonic M12 Fully modular
motherboard : MSI B150M BAZOOKA

How much is the budget in philipphines?

in 5-10 days you will be able to buy the new ryzen processors. i would wait there.

Without changing the motherboard you could try and get a used Core i7 6700 (non k) and a used gtx 1080/1080ti. That should leave you with some budget left to buy a 144Hz 1080p monitor.

what would you recommend? amd or intel. I'm not really updated about the new stuff since I made my pc.

I'll probably get a bigger ssd (I still have a 3tb hard drive for my files and programs) in the future but for now I just want to beef up my system (I can't run path of exile 60fps stable.
 

also it might take a while for the new stuff to come to my country (unless I specifically order from a retailer) (that's how bad it is here :<)
