For Christmas I am giving my son my current PC in a new rgb case as his first computer. I picked up the white mesh version of this case locally sealed in box for $40 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074W58FF4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_GkDLFbD9BJFRD and want to maybe use it for him.

Now I want a new PC myself, and would like to use the linked Panzer case along with a 700 or 750 gold power supply I have.

The market is so vast and I have never built a PC. Looking at the 5 million Mbs and pcs really leaves me confused. i watch LTT often but a lot that they do is way out if my price range, or leaves me doubting ideas I have. I really don't know what to buy and so many pre-builts seem like a rip off. Im a single dad trying to stay in a reasonable budget. So..help me decide what to buy from here. MB/ Processor, GPU and so on.

Use pcpartpicker.com to assemble your list it will help narrow the choices.

The case is over priced. It appears that the window is acrylic which scratches. Better cases in the same price range have tempered glass windows. Excellent case offerings are available from Corsair, Fractal Design, Phanteks, Nzxt, and others.

The model psu?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
