buzzing noise

I have got gigabyte b450 gaming x motherboard. I have it for around 3 months. In last week im hearing a annoying buzzing sound comming in area around cpu. Is this ok? What shoud i do?

Might be coil whine.  Might be something else.  Is it also in the area of a fan?  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

no i think its coming from vrams

You mean the VRM?  Vram would be in the gpu.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Yes. Sorry i forgot to report back. Yes it worked. I disable core performance boost and manually oveclocked cpu to boost core clock. Thank you
