Can it stream?

I just wanted to know whether the Rx 550 can support streaming, liek whether it has an encder for it like the nvenc on nvidia cards pls gimme an answer asap

ot supports hvec encoding and h264 encoding, but I dont knowif it has a dedicated encoder.
