One Note is significantly more feature rich. If all you need is notes then Keep works great, but if you need what One Note offers it's not even a competition.

By Keep Notes do you mean Google Keep or some other app? Imo they aren't really comparable. OneNote is more of notepad where you can sketch or do handwriting. More like Docs/Word, but better suited for quick notes. Where as Google Keep is for doing lists and other small stuff.

 

I use Google Keep for things like shopping lists, my bank account and cc numbers, clothing sizes, recepies etc. Pretty much anything I need to check while I'm somewhere. OneNote has been something I use in a way I've used Word before for research etc.
