my current rig
Ryzen 5 3400g
AsRock a320m-hdv 4.0
8gb RAM

1TB HDD
450w power supply
i bought it 4 months ago ...at first it was going smooth , then after 2 months it often had the blue screen of death , so i had taken it to customer service , they updated by bios and checked if there was any virus and there wasn't any , after i brought it back home things were smooth again and again after 1 month or so it had slowed down again so this time i had reinstalled windows and then it was smooth for a month again and then slowed down so much that it took 15 minutes to just open This PC....this is happening again and again
What should I do?

how should i test my hdd?
there are only essential softwares and 3 games on my pc

Try to do this to verify you critical system files:

Open start menu, search for cmd and choose to run it as admin. Then enter the following command while being connected to the internet.

sfc /scannow

Let it run and see if it fixed anything. If it did reboot the machine.

Then you can check the Windows image by opening cmd as admin again and run these commands (still internet needed).

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

When done do.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Make sure you enter it with big and small letters as I put it. Reboot again when done and see if it helped at all.
