building a new pc

so guys wassup. i'm preparing to buy a new pc but im not quite sure if it all fits 

my stuff imma buy 
 

Graphic card: MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT MECH OC

Liquid cooler: Cooler Master ML240L V2 RGB
Power supply: Corsair CX750M, 750W PSU
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor

M2: Corsair Force Series MP510 240GB M.2 SSD
Hardrive: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 3.5'' HDD
Fans: Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 Halo (3 of them)

Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz 16GB
Moderboard:  MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX, Socket-AM4

Case: Phanteks Eclipse P360X Mid Tower

i'm not 110% if it the moderboard will fit so i wanted to ask people that has knowledge as this is gonna be my first pc i build by myself #fuckmylife #imgonnasuicideaftercusimmafuckitup 
but anyway will the moderboard fit the actual case. many thanks if u help me out and so on and cheers
