Well we would like to know the game.

Also are you running at a super high temp or something?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Here is the secret to a properly running computer.

Many people have so much crap running in the background on their computer that it becomes useless for any task.

When your computer is idle at the desktop, open the Task Manager, go to the Details tab, click on the CPU heading and organize the running tasks by CPU usage. A properly functioning computer running Windows 10 can have the CPU spending up to 99% of its time completely idle, not doing anything, just waiting to get to work on something important.

If you are nowhere near that number, find out what is running on your computer. If you do not need it, get rid of it.

Yes temps are high

If your CPU is thermal throttling (close to 100 degrees celsius) the clock speed will drop to protect the CPU and will hurt performance. Make sure your CPU is being properly cooled.

I dont think cooling is issue i got more than enough airflow in it

you said "yes temps are high"

if you are monitoring temps, and your CPU is reaching close to 100 degrees, airflow won't solve the problem when you have a lot of it. Did you also check the CPU clock speed?

I know what the stock speeds are but I was saying that the CPU will be below those speeds if it is too hot, and if you used software to check the temperatures and you say they are very hot, then I would bet that the CPU is NOT running at 4.4GHz
