Multi Partition

Hi, does anyone knows how to create two partitions separately which is one of it is multi iso boot or and another one is for normal disk storage. When I used RUFUS to create multiboot for one of the partition, RUFUS will format both two partitions into and merge it into single partition for multiboot only. Any method to create separate partition without merge together?
