need a good capture device

so i am looking to stream some of my older game consoles on my youtube channel mainly systems like the genesis saturn 3DO PS3 etc any idea what capture device would work for me that isnt to expensive like 200$ or less

 

looking for a constant 60FPS+ 1080p is the native res for both my tv and my monitor if it matters also the only mic i have is the one in my C920 webcam

One of my good friends uses an Elgato HD60S to stream his PS4 pro to Twitch through his PC and he's had great success with it. 10/10 would recommend as a budget option for the same purpose especially since it's right in your budget range.

+1 make sure you have a USB 3.0 port, I had to help him troubleshoot why his gameplay looked like it had a horrid bitrate, turned out he was using a USB 2.0 port

@Chronified i have an asus CH7 with a 5700 and a 3900X so i think im good there lol
