fps drops

i have a XFX AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 XT Triple Dissipation and in game i am getting frame drops of anywhere from 30-90 fps i have the ingame settings set to mid my temps are running around 75 c when under load due to me changing the fan curve to run 100% when temps hit 75c i did pull back the clock to not boost over the boost of 1900 and i undervolted it to 1000 mV at 1900 MHv and my vram is clocked to 1800 MHz it is stable with these settings when running mutlipul 3d mark runs which i get scores of around 20k i also get the same thing on stock settings my question is am i doing something wrong or do i need to reset everything any advice would be helpful
