MSI RX 560 2gb aero won't output to a display

I just got an rx 560 to throw in an old hp prodesk. Specs: Intel core i3 4330, 10gb ddr3 memory, 1tb hdd, 300 watt liteon psu. I tried both the dvi and hdmi output and got nothing. The integrated graphics work just fine. When I checked device manager the rx 560 wasn't under display adapters. Any ideas? I also tried installing drivers but the Installer kept crashing

I replaced the rx 560 with an old GeForce 8600gt and it output just fine
