Hi,
I have a custom gaming PC, it's not too powerful but should be able to run games at a stable FPS.

Specification are:
Ryzen 3 2200G

16GB RAM

Nvidia GeForce 1650 4GB

HDD

 

I'm trying to play Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands on 1366 x 768 on ultra settings. No matter what I do the game only gives me only 30 - 40 fps on any graphics settings. I even updated graphics drivers. GPU usage is somewhere between 50 -60%. Even my Vega 8 was giving me more FPS on low settings than this card. Other games are running fine.

CPU is weak for gaming. You're bottlenecked by your CPU.
