This motherboard?

-what OS are you running? 
-is this a new build where they never worked?  If so are there OTHER things that are also not working?

-if it was working then stopped what were the conditions under which this happened?

 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

You can enable and disable USB ports in the UEFI, see if you accidently changed something and revert changes. 

If that doesn't work: Shut the computer down, disconnect the power supply from the wall, ground yourself (you can do this by touching a metal part of your case), pull out the CMOS battery, wait a little bit, plug it back in, boot up the computer and see if it is working. If this is a brand new board and this doesn't fix the issue, RMA it.

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.
