issue Computer glitches out and keyboard and mouse stop working momentarily and fans speed up

New Computer random high CPU load, Fans turn up and all USB ports turn on and off. The Screen stays on but the computer freezes for a second. The CPU load goes up to 70 or 90%. I have updated bios. 

 

Spes

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU NVIDIA 2070 super 

Motherboard: Asus B450 tuf

Ram: G Skill Trident RGB 16GB

SSD Samsung Evo 970 Plus M.2 1TB

SSD 2 Crucial MX 500GB

PSU: Corsair Hx750i

Case: NZXT H510 Elite 

Added fans: Noctua NF-P12 

Added Fan 2: NF-14

So does task manager tell you what's using the random high cpu load?

I’ll look, I was using the nzxt monitoring app to see the CPU load I’ll look at task manager

This is during the event, CPU usage goes way up but there is no reason why

I have the AMD auto overclock on could that be causing things like this
