Though you said that your power supply is 80+ rated, after looking for your PSU online, it seems like a very cheap and unreliable one. I am not saying that it is not capable of running what you are wanting to use; I am just saying that I would buy a new one if I were in your situation. In my opinion, I would spend an extra 100$ for an EVGA or Corsair PSU. In the end, you may end up saving more money. :)
