hey guys i uninstalled a toolbar 3 days ago ever since that my computer is running slower than normal google chrome wont load as fast some apps wont even open up and when i wanna click on certain links in control panel it wont even work any advice iv ran a virus check through avg  nothing iv ran malwarebytes and iv used ccleaner for cleaning the registry after doing that it ran a bit faster but nothing close to how it use to and still certain apps wont open. can anyone help?

Can you give any details as to which toolbar it was? And which program it was actually a toolbar for, say Chrome for example? When you say "certain apps won't open" can you be a little more specific, which apps are they and are they metro style windows 8 apps. Or are they fully fledged desktop applications?

A little more information about your system would go a long way.

Honestly I've never heard of toolbar removal bringing about performance degradation, but my experience with "toolbars" is that they should be avoided like the plague.

i dont remember which tool bar i think it was oxy or something like that and no im running windows 7 home premium (i hate windows 8) and i tried opening my avg short cut and it wouldn't work i tired opening recycling bin that wouldn't  work at all i normally avoid toolbars but it by passed me it was part of the program i downloaded i couldn't deselect it.

I really hate when software comes bundled with some awful bloatware, especially if you can't deselect it. The number of times I've removed McAfee from peoples PCs is insane.

I have never heard of this before. I assume you have tried restarting and antimalware scans etc. I don't reall know what else to suggest sorry.

yea iv tired everything its really starting to annoy me i cant reformat it cause i have all my music and stuff my on HDD   sorry forgot to quote you plus i keep getting a message saying rundll32.exe has stopped responding or something like that
