I would like some advice of what to do?

I am planning to get a SSD, but the thing is idk what to get, 1 big and fast one OR 2 small and slow one for OS and gaming, i like to know what is faster putting ALL my stuff on one ssd OR splitting it from os and program other one for games

I'd say get 1 big one. Less theoretical failure rate and I don't like having multiple drives in windows, i think it's a ocd thing :P

Running a 840 myself, really love it. The 840 EVO looks good and isn't to expensive for the bigger models.

Core i7 2600  Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3  EVGA GTX 970 FTW  16Gb 1600Mhz G.SKILL

    Samsung 500Gb 840EVO RAID0 Random 80GB HDD Corsair GS700 Corsair ArticWhite C70

I'd get the biggest one you can afford.

I know a lot of people on here have terabytes of games, I find that a little excessive. You could likely easily get away with a 250gb if you play a few games, or a 500gb if you play more.

Then grab a really cheap HDD for media storage, if you need. I use an external for that.
