Audio with Bluetooth adapter

Hey

 

i have these JBL E55BT headphones paired with a Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter, and am hearing the audio cutting in and out. I read you aren’t supposed to be near a WiFi router but for me any wifi router is in the room next to me and I can’t really do anything about it. I know the wifi might be causing the problems because I paired the headphones and adapter with another of that isn’t close to the router and it worked fine. Not to mention this is also my second Bluetooth adapter because I was having the same audio problems with another adapter but it was worse

 

does anyone know of any solution to help me with this problem?
