£800 laptop for Student

ande-

I am looking for a laptop for school and have a maximum budget of £800 in the UK. I will be using it for school work such as office 365 aswell as web browsing, media consumption and I may end up using lightroom/Photoshop occasionally aswell as potentially some other software like CAD. My main priorities are a fairly colour accurate screen and a decent keyboard.

Ryzen processors would be preferable but I'm very open to an Intel system aswell. I/O isn't particularly important to me. As mentioned before my maximum budget is £800 but I would prefer to spend less of possible.

wait as long as you can, the laptops with amd processors are far.. FAR superior in terms of performance for your money. but, not many models are released. so the longer you wait, the more better models will be released. also, more holiday season deals will come later which will save you money.

I agree that you are equal on both Intel & AMD, but trust me and every other Tech YouTuber/ Tech Nerds, AMD's Renoir 4000 Series is spectacular, especially the 'H' series variants.

Anyways, I'd suggest watching the video

to get a fairly proper price range idea. Peace bud✌️

These are the only two Ryzen 4000H series laptops I can find within my budget, what do you think of them?

I also quite like the look of this one and many youtubers have said it is brilliant but not sure how good it will be IRL.

I think the before mentioned MateBook looks quite good, however I don't know how the colours are on this one:

Otherwise you should maybe look into an HP Envy, doesn't have an H processor, but still 4000 and it also has very good colours as far as I know:

Also I wouldn't recommend the Lenovo Yoga Laptops as they tend to have quite bad colours
