Hi, I'm new to the forums but I was wondering if someone could help me out a little bit with troubleshooting my new PC.

I just built a new rig with these specs:

MB: MSI Z490-a PRO

CPU: Core i7-10700k

RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 4x8GB DDR4-3200 CL16

GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce GTX 1070 OC 8GB

SSD: 500GB Samsung 970 EVO+ NVMe

PSU: Seasonic FOCUS+ 850W 80+G FM

OS: Windows 10 Home

This is my first custom PC and I was playing around with the BIOS settings trying to figure out how to overclock when I started having issues with Windows crashing as soon as it reaches the sign in screen. I've tried following a couple of OC guides for the 9900k since I know they're pretty similar CPUs and they're stable for a day or so, but as soon as I shut down the PC and try to restart it, the crashing issue reoccurs. I took a look through the BIOS and noticed that it was reporting a core voltage of around a mid 1.02xV (which I'm pretty sure is way too low for even normal operation much less with an OC applied) with the RAM voltage sometimes being that low as well or around a 1.35V (which I know should be around where it normally is). I've tried both having XMP enabled and disabled and the issue still occurs. I've tried manually setting the Core, SA, and IO voltages to keep them from dropping too low but that doesn't seem to keep it stable through a restart either.

Last night I reset everything in the BIOS to default values except the fan curves, and this morning even with everything on stock settings, I got a crash when I tried to turn the computer on.

If anyone has any ideas on what the issue might be and can help me get these stability issues worked out it would be greatly appreciated!
