PC problem

Can someone help me i have a pc that doesn't turn on but the fans are running but the monitor is plug in and everything

Does the cpu fan turn on? or ther's just no video output?

Check if the CPU and ram are seated correctly.

Please list your components so we can check if it is able to work.
In general, unplug and replug every single connection to make sure cables are plugged in correctly.

If you have a graphics card, insert the monitor cable into the graphics card - not into the motherboard.

theres just no video output but the cpu fan id running

If the PC just stays on and not resetting or turning on and off by itself (boot loop) it could be either the RAM or GPU

 

Try these steps

1. Reseat the RAM then try to boot it up again

2. Reseat the GPU then try to boot it

If both of those steps doesn't work the try step 3

3. Reseat the CPU

 

Try doing this one at a time to eliminate any variable. Almost forgot every time you try to boot mash the delete button
