"Dual X Sapphire R9 270X 2gb" If that's the GPU and you've not repasted it since you bought it chances are that's your issue. It's "fine" but not great. GPUs don't like extreme heat. I'd repaste it or if you're too scared give it to a professional for cleaning / new paste.

Ada is worse than Ampere which is worse than Fermi, change my mind.

I also did my custom fan curve with afterburner

Cuz i chose lower temps than noisy fans @Tanaz

Do you live in a hot climate,....?

I'd do it again.... Thinner, but FULL coverage edge to edge. (No Hotspots)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Was it running that hot before you repasted? If not than you did something wrong whether that is too much paste or not reassembling the GPU correctly. Also yeah if you're playing PUBG on that card you're basically pushing it to its absolute limit.

Y e s it was hot before, like 90 degrees then I changed the thermal paste and it got a little bit lower @Tanaz

Has it always been like that? Is it happening during PUBG (or other heavy games) only? PUBG is a terribly optimized game that can be extremely taxing and your GPU barely stands a chance against it. How are thermals when you play games that are more suited for what that card can provide? Also how is case airflow? Are you using enough case fans and is your case well ventilated with a nice stream of air going in the front and out the back? What's your CPU and how hot does it run? There's plenty of things it could be and you're not giving me much to work with here buddy.

Well in that case I'd say don't worry about it. Your GPUs on its last legs so you're basically at a point where you either use it hard until breaks or not use it hard until it breaks. You're due for an upgrade buddy but for now you're probably going to have to bare with the fan noise.

Yes, I plan on upgrading it to Gigabyte RX5500 like this December or January cuz its a bottlneck, I aint that rich LMAO XD, but I just wanna know for the mean time is it ok? Running at that temp and fan speed cuz maybe when I play a game it goes KABOOM! XD @Tanaz

There is always a chance that a part malfunctions. High temperatures might have an impact on a card's longevity but IMO most of the time it's just the luck of the draw. It can work for 15 years or it can die in 5 months. There's not much  you can do at this point if you've already repasted and are running the fans full blast. If it goes boom that's just what was bound to happen. It's a 6 year old GPU.

Well thanks @Tanaz, I'll stick to 70-75 degrees games then until I get a new card

Guessing your case sidepanel is also always off?
Basically your at the mercy of climate ambient humid air,..
You could try to aim a fan at the GPU backplate from the front fan area (jerry rig another fan with string) GPU backplate area>..  _____<<< MidFront FanAir....... to alleviate some of the higher side backburn heat it would be giving off..

You can look up how to use MSI Afterburner's Statistics service to set an FPS Cap (Say you are at 80-85fps Low settings, cap to 70-75fps, reducing load/temps)
You could also Declock the GPU and while it won't be magicly cool again,.... using say -50 or -100Mhz on the Core & -100 or -200 VRAM, it'll reduce temps 2-3*c as well likely..

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Thanks Il try underclocking it and y e s low settings 60 fps I tries puttinf the side panel back cuz the freaking fans I can still hear them a little even on headset, Il try underclocking, but how to unlock undervolting in afterburner though?  @SkilledRebuilds

Undervolting could very well be dependent on your VBios, it may or may not be voltage locked..
A Fan aimed at the backplate area would prob help though, the GPU is fully heatsoaked and taking a little off the top is always nice :)
