VA or IPS

The typical panel type ranking is IPS > VA > TN, depending on what you're doing. What kind of games do you play? IPS has the best color and viewing angles of the three panel types (which is a big bonus if you're into watching movies),  but it's usually more expensive, and can suffer from higher response times.

From my experience VA panels tend to have a better refresh rate than IPS panels and they have better contrast also generally. VA panels however do have worse viewing angles and the colour production doesn't tend to be as accurate. That's just from my experience however from what I've seen online it seems to be the common differences between the two. Depends also on what type of games you play.
