Since you already have a case and storage, I would use that money for a full ATX board and 3600 MHz ram. This build would leave enough headroom for a good NVME M.2 ssd if you don't have one. Getting the GPU is the one issue right now. A used 2080ti can be found around the same price and a good alternative.
