Fan configuration inside case

I have a Ionz KZ08 and a 5 pack of Antec PF12 fans. The current setup I have is with 4 fans, 3 of which are in the front pushing air in and 1 at the back exhausting it. What would be the ideal fan configuration for this case?

Put the fifth fan top-rear, directly above the CPU cooler. Alternatively, if the fan on your cooler sucks, replace it with your spare PF12 instead. That's your ballgame right there.

I assume as an exhaust? I'm running the stock cooler that came with my ryzen 3100 and it's fine as far as I'm concerned.

Yes, exhaust. It's an even better idea given that you're using a top-flow cooler which basically barfs that air everywhere instead of just pushing it out the back.
