Yes, exhaust. It's an even better idea given that you're using a top-flow cooler which basically barfs that air everywhere instead of just pushing it out the back.

Put the fifth fan top-rear, directly above the CPU cooler. Alternatively, if the fan on your cooler sucks, replace it with your spare PF12 instead. That's your ballgame right there.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
