Intel i9 9900k mobile CPUs modified to LGA1151

A friend showed me some weird russian videos of i9 9900k mobile CPUs set in the LGA 1511 socket and they're called QQLS. Apparently these processors perform  just as well as desktop variants but cost only 160$ on aliexpress.

Does anyone have information or experience on these?

Would be cool if Linus' team investigated these.

Here is a video of it's performance.

And a link to AliExpress.

So it's a _insertnameofmobileintelcpuhere_ with a small adapter board between it and just running on a desktop as has been done before? Nothing special these things are very fickle and do not work on all boards that and these are usually engineering or pre release samples.
