Help Needed!

hey so recently i bought a 4k tv so i thought i would use it as a 3rd display in a way for when i wanna play games as such so i connected it via hdmi i have 2 monitors already connected via display port everything was all fine was picking up a display and everything could play games was working as i wanted then randomly booted up pc now my tv is not being displayed at all not in display settings on windows not in nvidia thought the hdmi was broken but tried it straight to ps4 and worked fine i tried to boot with just the hdmi in and still no signal if anyone could help would be greatly appreciated!
