I just got into gaming and built a budget gaming pc so I just got a old monitor from a friend.my desk is a bit high so i don't like the viewing distance.its on a stand and slightly tilted upward and way I could remove the tilt

yes there is a way, buy a proper and new monitor, or just get a desk that is comfetrable for you
