USB C 65wPD

I have just got a new laptop. Its a Thinkpad T41 Gen1. My job takes me all over europe fixing traffic lights. Im looking for a USB C power bank with 65w PD (for charging the laptop) and a few ports for charging phones etc. I cant find anything in the UK that will work. any help appreciated.
