Ok so i have An 256 SSD (Windows 10) And a 1TB HDD (Windows 7) Dual booted, on the same PC and i noticed some weird funky thing's with the HDD, sometimes it is BLAZING FAST, i wanna say my download speed's on Windows 7 REACHED 50MB/S!!!!!! But other times the HDD usage is 100% and system is slow

I checked some software on my Windows 10, here are the result's

It's good it's bad? I don't get it I never had Data error's or anything like that, atleast from what i can tell, just very slow response time's i guess, IN WINDOWS 7, but i don't know in windows 10 it seems .... well i don't know what is good response time and bad, so in Windows 10 it's 21MS, from what i can tell

Also here are some graphs (These TAKE TOO LONG FOR ME TO REALLY BOTHER, but here)

Edit: I will try to get more from the Butterfly test, because those: Bad are intresting, Also Running In Raid On Mode, I tried AHCI, same just the RAID ON support's Intel Rapid something technology

Another Edit: On windows 7 it reaches 100%, but on Windows 10, it maxes out at 99% paveikslas.png.3915be0831e0f2b5101bc127209e8eaf.png

What your PC is telling you is that you need to upgrade from a hard drive to an SSD A link to your dreams lol, this is a KingDian 1 TB SSD that I personaly use and its fine, it does what a secondary storage sould do and thats that I dont notice it, games load fast enough, read and write speeds are solid and its not very expensive.
