ram frequency

hi forum i have a problem i have 2x4gb 2133mhz g.skill ram in my asus b150m pro gaming motherboard. Today i saw my ram running 1066mhz. but in the bios i have set them to run 2133mhz what can the issue be plz send some help to fix it

1066 on where?

ddr stands for Double data rate so its in fact running at 2133

but my dual ram ddr4 does not run at 2133mhz they run at 1064mhz not at 2133mhz

where did you read that 

as i said ddr is fo double data rate so 1064 x 2 = 2128 a bit off but no problem

Yep, some manufacturers have started properly referring to the RAM data rate as "mega transfers" (MT/s) instead of the misleading, potentially legally troublesome, MHz.

When i use cpu-z it says 104.9mhz for both ram in my motherboard thats why my pc sometimes lag when only have google Spotify and discord open

Look, here is mine:

 

That's the correct frequency for "3200MHz DDR". You need to double the number you see in CPU-Z.

but a thing my gpu is a gtx 1060 3gt oc and in cpu-z it say the core clock is very much under the base speed and the memory speed is also very under the base how to fix it

for gpus you have to use gpu-z

Dram Frequency is important. Send a ss of the memory in cpu-z.
