Transferring windows boot to Raid 0

So I had some motherboard issues, so I could not set up a raid 0 on initial setup for my boot drive. Is there a clean way for me to create a raid 0 pair and transfer windows with everything on to it.

Or is my only choice transfer data to my HDD and then set up raid 0, delete windows and remove it on the single SSD

I have 3 samsung 860 pro 2tb, one of which is set up as a boot drive.
