Microsoft Flight simulator Crashing help

So i just bought the 1 Euro Game pass for month trial on Microsoft store to just check out Microsoft flight simulator and the other games included, but the game crashes before i install it. I manage to download the launcher but when i run the launcher it crash after i click "Click any button to continue". the little load in the bottom right corner spins for like 10 seconds then it stops and the music stops. And it crash with no error message.

1. Does your computer meet the min. specs? Its a very intensive game

2. Try running as admin

3. Make sure you're signed in on the right account on the xbox app

I am assuming you are on PC

Got a RTX 2070 16GB ram and i6 6600k

ok that should be good, assuming you also have enough storage for the game. Try my other 2 steps then.

I have both the One for steam and Microsoft and none of them work. They crash at the same place. Ill try the one with logging in to Xbox

The app Called just "Xbox" or the app called "xbox insider hub"

I connected my steam to the "Xbox" app and ill see if this works i doubt it but hey worth a shot

Just called "Xbox". Sign in to it using the MS account that you used for gamepass and then launch the game

It says "administration approval needed for installation" where do i accept this or what do i do?

right click on the app, and then click "run as administrator". A pop up should come and ask if you want the app to modify your device (or something along those lines), click "yes"

Not working do i need to have a Xbox insider hub account? to play the game

No your standard Xbox account should be fine as long as it's the same one which has gamepass. Insider is only to test betas and stuff like that

 

do any other gamepass games work? Or are all of them broken?

Yakuza 0 Worked fine no problem loading and i played it aswell no crashes either.

Yeah the account you use needs to be tied with gamepass

Hmm that means that gamepass itself is likely working fine. 

I would probably try googling the issue at this point, because I had the same issue when I started playing flight sim  and the methods I gave were the ones that worked for me. 

 

maybe try restarting your computer?  

 

as a last resort you can try reinstalling the game

Hmm that means that gamepass itself is likely working fine.

reinstalled the launcher like 9 times + reinstalled the graphics drivers changed some stuff in Bios changed some stuff in Microsoft thingies like...

You got an error code earlier, maybe try searching that up? 
Your user account for Windows is an admin account right?
