Help choosing PSU

Pc specs:

 

ryzen 5 2600(4ghz) > Planning to upgrade to 2700x or 3700x 

gtx 1070

64gb ram

500gb ssd

1tb hdd

7rgn fan

seasonic s12ii 520w 80+ bronze

My PSU is almost 6 yrs old now. And few weeks ago I experienced two times shutdown and one BSOD while gaming. I’m suspecting its related to my PSU. Well, even if its not I want to replace it already.

 

The only available for now here in my country is Cooler Master MWE 80+ gold 650w, Corsair CX650M, Gigabyte P750GM. My first choice was seasonic but currently out of stock. Which of those comes close with seasonic focus?

Its smaller if you can’t go outside because of covid. I’m just using a mobile app for purchasing. So that’s the only PSU available there.
