While Using the Audio Interface The sound is distorted

Hello My name is martin and i have a problem with my PC i had a cheap audio interface for some time and one day something weird happend and the sound coming from the headphones became distorted and lacking of bass and clarity to the point is unrecognizable . So i checked my headphones which are Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro with other device which was a phone of mine and they are ok and i plug them in to the PC too and they were fine so i thought its the interface is faulty and i bought the PreSonus Studio 24c and the problem is still there i tried many thing even plugin it in with the usb as well as type c plug and nothing helped i even flashed my ps put new system in it and its still the same . Ant idea how can i fix this or what can cause the issue ?
