That's a really low tier PSU for that kind of hardware. I'd reccomend using a little more of the available budget to get a higher quality unit.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora

Pretty decent setup. If you want to save some money, you could just get the graphics card and maybe the power supply and wait for ZEN 3 before upgrading the rest. Your current CPU should be plenty fast for a 1660.

As far as I see, the EVGA BR 450 is still selected.
